Closed: PPC Powermacs Again?
Update:When this prediction started over 9 months ago it looked like there was a chance of another round of PPC G5s. But over time it's been pretty clear that the next round of revisions would have Intel inside... as confirmed today.
Quad G5s are the hot ticket right now, but how about the next update? The pro machines are likely to be the last movers to the Intel CPUs, which leaves plenty of time for another update to Apple's fastest computers. Will there be another round of PPC Power Macs? Or is the future all Intel?
